  • All orders are processed, verified and shipped every Tuesday.

  • All address updates must be emailed to the customer service email address listed below.  Upon receipt, we will update address in our shipping platform. 
  • Once your shipping label is created you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be charged to reship the package.
  • Tese's Pieces carefully inspects all orders prior to shipping, as such, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once they are in the Carriers possession.
  • Contact USPS directly at 1-800-ask-usps to address the above mentioned.


Tese's Pieces will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered).  A Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you that must be included with your return.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
  • Sale and/or clearance items, all beauty products, bodysuits & jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item on our behalf.
